The condensation pump on our 20 year old gas furnace died. We called Revival. They were great. They came the next afternoon, fixed the problem, and then gave us a very useful system-wide diagnostic appraisal of our heating and air conditioning units. Revival was not only willing to come out in a timely manner, but they diagnosed my mini split/heat pump problem, fixed it, cleaned it. Gave me a quote which they did not go over. Technician was very knowledgeable. I called 3 other places that did not want to service my unit (just wanted to sell me a monthly service package or entirely new system. We had hired a different company to come look at our hvac system. We are so glad we called Revival for a second opinion. They were honest! Although our system is old they did not try to sell us a new unit. They fixed it! We scheduled a maintenance appointment and everything is working fine. My estimator worked hard to give me the best price he could.Once the agreed price was set my mini split unit was installed the next day! The workers arrived on time, were very knowledgeable about the product and cleaned everything up when they were done. I was shown how to operate the unit, how to keep it clean and explained the warranty. I am confident recommending this company based on my experience.

Revival Heating installed our Daikin mini split system years ago. They did a very fast, clean and professional install then. Recently the side to side sweep quit working. The technician found out that the actuator had popped off. He reattached it and took the time to troubleshoot the cause and address it. The repair was quick and done within the cost of the minimum charge. Good deal. The technician was a nice guy too.

Excellent response time, great communication, helpful salespeople/techs. The install took half a day and my little house is now cool and quiet. Goodbye noisy, inefficient window units! I’ve gotten a couple of bids in the past couple of years and this company was about $2000 less than the others in the Portland/Vancouver area. They were respectful, didn’t try to upsell me, and weren’t afraid of my ancient house and my rowdy dogs.

We were in desperate need of air conditioning after a day of 106° temp! Of course that was the day our A/C unit decided to stop working. I called Revival and they were able to send Robert out that day. He was professionally, friendly, and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the issue and promptly fixed it. He even swept my garage floor after tracking some mud inside! A great experience and I’m happy I found them. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again myself.

I used this company to "install" a c-wire from my existing furnace to connect a new smart thermostat. Spencer was a friendly, professional and speedy technician. My service took less than an hour because I made sure everything was set up in advance for him. The pricing is fair for what I was quoted by other companies. The customer service over the phone was excellent, and they were able to squeeze me in next day for my service. They are absolutely worth a call.

Spencer showed up on time. Worked independently only interrupting my work when he needed to update me on what he found and what he recommended for solutions. He did not try to oversell me, which I appreciate. He stayed longer than scheduled when he found something needing repair for which he didn’t have the part on his truck. He found the part at a nearby distributor, picked it up and installed it for me.

Amazing service! Discovered AC wasn’t working when I woke up. Texted them at 6:30, call back to schedule service at 7:30, at my house by 10:30, AC fixed and functional by 12:30. Really impressed with Keaton, our technician. Knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He gave us some great tips for the future. Price was fair. Overall very positive experience. The experience with all members of the team were awesome. Ben was great with my estimate and quote for my mini split unit. Gave me all the options and details, was on time, and thorough and quick. Meng, zach, and Nate got the install done quick and encountered an issue during testing but did everything they could. Thought this would be stressful and not complete BUT the amazing office staff kate set me up with same day tech to come take a look. Keaton was a badass and opened up the unit and fixed it in under an hour and gave me a full rundown of the system. When they say they can do it same day they deliver! Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I was able to schedule a repair service quickly on their website with minimal waiting time. Keaton (our technician) arrived on time and was professional and answered all my questions well. He was quick and was able to diagnose and fix our unit quickly. Excellent experience from the initial visit to establish a quote, follow up after the quote, to installation. Only company to actually look in my crawl space before quoting and I have a gnarly crawl space. Quote was still better then everyone else even after seeing the full scope of the project. I had a problem with my Bryant furnace cycling and called Revival Heating and Cooling to schedule an appointment for repair. Kate was able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon with technician Spencer and she provided the charge for the service. Spencer finished the previous job early and was able to arrive earlier than expected, which was fine (he called ahead for approval). He began troubleshooting the system without delay and was very professional, courteous, and personable. He was able to make the necessary repair and while doing so noticed that there was considerable construction dust accumulated in the system, including the heat exchanger, which the builder never properly cleaned. He recommended calling the office to schedule an appointment for a proper cleaning since the dust can affect the performance and shorten the life of the furnace.

Revival did an excellent energy audit for us. We were struggling with an uneven heating in our home. One room was freezing. In about 2 hours Ben from Revival did a complete inspection of our homes heating and cooling systems and showed us clearly our problems. He checked our insulation in the attic and crawl space. Then he told us very direct solutions for fixing them. No hard sales and very good to work with. And we get to claim the new federal tax credit for this audit.

Revival from first contact have been champion communicators. All the employees have been very nice, informative, clean, and respectful of space. They installed a ducted heat pump, fixed the existing furnace and have come out twice for small fixes that were old work problems before they ever came. We live our American Standard heat pump, and would recommend Revival Energy to any homeowner looking for a HVAC contractor.

The new heat pump works well on the main floor. I do not believe the checks checked upstairs where we have three rooms. None of those rooms are positively affected by any air yet. While the main floor is maintain temperature at around 75 or 76° upstairs is still 80. We need to do something about upstairs.

My AC unit stopped working and I called a couple companies first and they were booked as far as a month out. Revival set up the appointment next morning at 9am. Sonny their tech texted me 30 min before and arrived on time. He did a check of the unit and ID the issue burnt out wire but prob due to the build up on the compressor’s filters. He recommended that I pressure wash it and he changed the nut. No charge on the part and only paid the service fee. I was afraid it would be costly even into the thousands. Honest, friendly and I would highly recommend Revival and Sonny. Thanks

I had an energy audit done on my house. The technician Ben was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the technical issues clearly. He ventured into my crawlspace and my attic and said my house was very efficient and I didn’t need to do anything. He suggested a few minor things I could do to keep cold air out in the winter. I had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The salesman explained my options and the prices very clearly. I used the financing option provided by Revival and I was approved in less than a minute. On the day of installation the crew arrived on time and installed everything before the end of the day. I got an energy evaluation done for $360. Ben spent around 3 hours evaluating my home and taking a lot of time to walk me through his findings. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. I am not sure if I will hire them to do the work, but that's mainly because I am weighing out the cost versus savings. If I do decide to do some of the insulation work, I will definitely consider them. Or when my 30 year old furnace decides to die on me.

WOW - where to begin! I couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Revival. From the quick scheduling of a consultation, to a 'heads up' email with a picture and name of the technician coming out for a quote, to installation and billing - it was a dream! I needed a professional to come out and review the opportunities we had to save on energy expenses and limit smoke from coming into the house during fire season. I was first informed about the energy audit when Keaton came to assess what kind of AC needs we had. Ben came in to do the audit and he was just as informative, professional and was a "no pressure" analyst. He showed me where we were losing energy and what they could do to mitigate it. He also helped prioritize which things needed to be worked on ssi that we could plan expenses and get the most for our money while maintaining to the original intent of keeping smoke out.We are moving forward with insulation, weatherization and sealing work on top of installing an AC for the first.Great company with great people.
